Interesting Topic. Digital experiences have become a major focus in every business. Businesses have transformed from the old way of just putting an online website for online visibility to creating and establishing the entire company’s image in the Digital world.

The digital mode provides variety of opportunities to understand and serve the end users better. Analytical tools help provide greater feedback and insights from all end users digital interactions with the company. This helps the company to provide more personalised customer experiences.

The one thing to keep in mind when you digitally market or activate your brand you don’t become famous overnight. This is a real misconception people have lately. Remember Apple,Google or Microsoft weren’t built in a day.The key is to understand your target audience and to act accordingly. Make sure your brand is available on world trending market like Android and IOS. Make sure to sell yourself through social media which will help you reach places and new heights.

The step towards digital is very essential in current scenario, as per the report by 2014 65% of the world population will be on smartphones, which gives the headstart for the companies to concentrate more on digital. Companies should not think that they have hired an agency and the sales will increase drastically. Agencies help in improving the brand image, and also create awareness about the product/service. Once when you have the perfect brand image, people start remembering, which will help in increasing the revenue.

The best example i would share is about the latest onion deal from Groupon.in. They had actually in loss in short term, but have gained the publicity which will help in creating their brand in long term.
